for some reason the New year New you contest is not letting me post my image

The New Year New You Contest is not letting me post my image. when i put my mouse over the "New entry" it says i dont have pernission... i turned 1 year old on 1/10/2012 so i dont think it has anything to do with my age. Please Help Me!
