I have been experiencing really bad lag in all viewers for the past 3 days.

For the past 3 days I have not been able to move forward or backwards and everything rezzes sooooooooooo slow, on all viewsrs. I am in the US and my girlfriend in Australia says hers is acting up as well, I tryed uninstalling, redownloading and reinstalling and it does the same thing. Are there any issues causing this problem right now, it's getting very frustrating.
