It's a lag problem somewhere, although you have now ruled out your router.  Open the STATISTICS window (Advanced > Performance Tools > Statistics Bar  or just type Shift + CTRL + 1) and check your Ping Sim and Packet Loss values. The ping values are the time (in milliseconds) it takes to reach the server from your computer. If this number is high, it could indicate a problem with your network or internet connection.
