Email issues....

I logged in manually like always. I was getting rid of my old email so i wished to switch over to my other one. So i went to change it. But when i entered my password to do so it told me it was invalid! so i logged out and logged back in with it...and tried again. Still told me invalid so thinking it was my keyboard i turned caps lock on then off and slowly typed it out carefully to make sure i had everything right and.....i get red words 'invalid password' .....what am i doing wrong?

Are you using your second life password?

Several other people have reported this problem recently.  If you are SURE you entered your SL password correctly, contact Billing to resolve the issue.

im sorry LoveAngel Lyre but its not my password i have issues with and it wouldnt work, my current email doesnt work anymore~ but thanks for posting.

Then do as Lindal suggests and contact support. The only other thing I can think of is to try a different browser.

 

If you are able to log into this site with a password, that same password should allow you to change your email.
