Combat meters not giving website link popups.

All of the combat meters that I equip that are supposed to give me popup with a link to websites for char sheet creation/registration fail to do so. The popup never comes up even though everything else seems to be working.

Ideas? It's stopping me from being able to participate in a lot of the RP combat sims.

This looks like a HUD script problem and those have nothing to do with SL because they are created by individuals. Right click the HUD click object profile then click the creators name and ask them about the problem.
