Five of the top 10 cheapest plots on the entire Mainland!!

In an effort to save you money on your land purchase (so you can pay LL the high tier they charge) I've listed five of my properties at some of the cheapest prices on the entire grid. If you search by price per meter, you will find all five of these in the top ten on the first page of land search. This isn't craptacular granite in a high lag area. They are all nice flat green parcels. All of them are only L$.2 a meter--80% cheaper than what LL charges for relisted abandoned land. Since search is broken in most viewers, it's hard to find plots this cheap, but here they are:

I'm relatively new so I would want to talk to someone else about this first.  Are they parcels for homes or must one use them for a business? 

Why are you selling them so cheaply?

Would I have full entitlement?

If ANY OF YOU  long time players look at this would you please reply in all honesty?

Happy to let others answer also, but:

You can use the land for whatever you want: home or business or whatever. It's mainland. You have full entitlement, except you can't sell adult products since none of these parcels are on the adult part of the Grid. Once you buy it, it's yours, there's no covenant. You have to be a premium member and if you end up owning more than 512 meters, you have to pay LL a monthly tier.

I am selling them cheaply because I got them slightly cheaper than what I am selling them for. I search for land a lot and sometimes cheap parcels become available for sale. If I see a nice one, I buy it and then only mark it up slightly. For example, the plots that I'm listing for $87, I bought for $75. So I stand to make ten cents on the sale. Woot!

Would be excited to see another longtime player chime in here.
