If the object is Copy and/or Trans probably not.

If the object is NoCopy and NoTrans ask to the seller (IM, notecard...).

The seller is not required to refund your money.  However, if the item is No Copy, some sellers might refund your money out of the goodness of their hearts.  If the item is Copy, however, there's virtually no chance of a refund.
