hiii alll i am 3d graphic designer and i am new here i just want to know how to creat the avatar by a model that i download or i  modeling it ?? and i wanna to know how to start to modeling and sell my objects   i use 3d max

Start slow.

You change your avatar by wearing a new shape, hair and skin. 

For how to make 3d mesh try asking in the creation forum.

For being a model post in the wanted forum.

i would say the Mesh forums would have most of your questions about working with and uploading your models and any other questions you have about them..

as far as setting up your business for them..i would say look in the commerce forums under  the merchants section..

As a designer with 3d Max, you are coming to SL at an opportune time. I second? third?  the suggestions to learn mesh, as this will make good use of your skills, since 3d Max creates the neccessary collada files.

As well as the mesh forums, search inworld for mesh groups to help support your learning. And welcome
