Can't log in

Hello :)

I'm having issues connecting to the grid. The status bar is stuck at the start with the information "Logging in..."

Is this a serverside problem or one on my end?

Nothing about regions or servers issues on the grid status. Unplug your router and plug it again after a few minutes. It might be that your IP has to refresh. Try also to login from another place like Smith or Furball see if it helps.

I tried three different regions to log into.

Worked on the third one, though I cannot teleport to the one I tried to login regulary.

Guess it's having issues.

Hello Nhala. Maybe it is a connectivity issue. Reboot your modem / router and try to log in again. Avoid to run other applications and downloading during log in process.

You are welcome Nhala. :smileyhappy: If the region is a private one on which you live and if it keeps on having issues, contact the owner in IM and ask for a restart.

There are some regions that have gone down. The Grid Status takes some time to catch up with events, but a notice has made it now.

Trying other regions is an excellent suggestion for a first step work around to log in problems. Allowing your favorite LM's to appear on the login screen makes selecting alternate regions much easier. Depending on the viewer the control is in Preferences -> General or in Preferences -> Privacy. 

Open your Places Panel in the viewer and you can edit landmarks and arrange the order. It is also were you can easily add LM's to the favorites.
