For your information, a recent message on the grid status mentioned Norton as being an issue LL is working on with Symantec. Maybe there is also a problem with the Phoenix viewer. 0 Peggy Paperdoll Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 If you are running the installation setup from the website that could be your problem. Go back to the website (make sure you're downloading from the official Pheonix website) and save to your hard drive. Then scan the file with your anti-virus/malware program, close all background programs that are not neccessary for your system to run securely. Install from the downloaded setup file you saved to your hard drive. You might also check with Pheonix support to see if there might be a problem with the setup.
