How do I remove an object (v. large) intruding onto my property from my neighbor's land?

I've reported the item multiple times and tried contacted both the owner of the object and creator of the group which owns the land.  No response from them and no action from Ms. Indra Abuse.   It does not show up listed as on my land as the root prim is on the neighbor's land.

Grrrrr, so frustrating, it's been blocking the entrance to my own house for two months!

Hello DS and welcome to SL Forums. 2 months is really long time. Some times i wonder with the behavior of some Land Owners. There is no customer support. If your land is an Private Island, as you know, you have to contact the Estate Onwer or Manager if your neighbor doesn't respond. Be patience we had holidays and some residents are away for some days. If it is on Mailand you can submit a ticket under Land & Region. I don't know if you have already filled an Abuse Report. If no, do that. Finally if you are a Premium, you can use the LiveChat asking for support.

You have already filled an Abuse Report. AFAIK that is the only way for your issue. I don't understand you have no response. I have had that problem 4 times, and the Abuse Report (Live Chat don't solved my problem, says I must fill the AR) solved the problem within 24 hours. Apologies for not being more helpful.

Try filing a new abuse report daily for parcel encroachment, and stating in each AR how many days this problem of encroachment has continued to be permitted by LL, without resolution. Maybe if it is documented how badly they are dropping the ball, someone will finally bother to act on it.

I have all my emails indicating the number of reports I've made and their dates. I'll include those with my report. I've tried contacting both the owner of the group that owns the land and the object owner but they've not been been inworld (pro tip- I know this because I joined groups they belong to and checked their last log in). I'm fairly sure the moment one of them remembers they have a second life account and logs in, they'll take care of it because their profiles appear to be decent folks.
