The simplest way is probably to use something like the Builders Buddy from the Script Library in the wiki, though that's maybe overkill for what you want to do.

If you want to learn how to make one yourself, the relevant function is llRezAtRoot, and if you ask for advice in the Scripting Tips forum you'll get lots of help (though we don't make scripts for people).
