You use it the same way you use any other SL viewer. Download and install it. Launch it by clicking on the icon on your desktop. You can consult the Phoenix wiki for information about features and functions on the Phoenix viewer. The Phoenix/Firestorm team is no longer offering classes in how to use Phoenix, but you can still get old class notes from their classroom at http://slurl.com/secondlife/Wailele%20Moku/25/32/951. You can also join the Phoenix/Firestorm inworld support group ( secondlife:///app/group/3a1be8d4-01f3-bc1a-2703-442f0cc8f2dd/about ) and ask questions if you have a specific problem.
