En Karu Posted December 30, 2011 Share Posted December 30, 2011 I'm unable to get the log-in page with the new viewer (3.2.4). I get a black screen. My OS is Ubuntu 11.10. Earlier versions work fine. The easy answer is that if the previous version of Viewer 3 (3.2.1) was working for you, you can roll back to it. In this case don't forget to set your software updates no to be installed automatically (preferences --> setup). Btw you are not the only you reported this issue here. leliel Mirihi Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 On linux you don't really install anything so you don't have to roll back anything either. Just download what ever version you want and run it (disable auto updates if need be). I normally have 5 or more versions of the viewer in my downloads folder.
