Help with suggestions?

I am a kid on sl, 4 years old. I decided that the regular shapes that you can squish down looked a bit big for me still, so I got a squisher.(Sweet Baby - Tiny Tot Update 1.0 to 4.0)

I realized after I started using it that most of my outfits look kinda weird when I use them with my squisher, because it makes part of me poke out either the front or the back (even some of the outfits made for tots do that).

I have one outfit that actually looks right, and I learned that it uses an alpha to make parts of me invisible, then uses prims to cover the invisibleness.

The problem is that outfits like that are pretty expensive, and I have only ever found one I like.

My question is, is it something I could learn to make (given a LOT of time) and if so, where would I start learning to make prims and stuff? (I learned a bit of basic building, and I figured out how to make alphas today, but not quite sure how to make them look good)

Also, is there a place to test it without uploading to sl? Because I suspect uploading fees are gonna kill me if I try this.

Log into the beta grid (Aditi) and you have plenty of "play money" to test your uploads.  You won't be able to transfer any of what you make in Aditi to the main grid (Agni) but you can find out which upload works for your needs.

Geeze, it's been so long since I logged into Aditi.    I've never recieved that message that I remember but the good old "clear cache and try again" could be the solution.  It also could mean the beta grid is getting maintenance  or experiencing some problem.........it's the beta grid after all so it's going to take a back seat to the main grid.

How are you trying to log in?

Login screen > Ctrl Shift G > Choose Aditi > Ensure Username and Password are correct

If it is your first time, it should ask you to accept a terms of use or some such.

There is a free set of Toddler Alphas on Marketplace that you can pick up. They have tiny tot size 1-3 4-6, 7-9 and size 10, so that's 4 of each "size". Has many other hideable parts like feet, toes, bottom and half calf. Hope this helps.
