Hello mauriasquino and welcome to SL Forums. As i saw you joined in today! You have to download and install the Second Life Viewer. You can find it here:   http://secondlife.com/support/downloads/  So:

1. Download the viewer and choose save (not open)
2. Install it with double click on the .exe file
3. Run it using the shortcut in your desktop
4. Log in using your username and your password
