Reject Placing of objects on land

I try to put buildings I have bought on my land and it keeps telling me that The owner has not given permission  for that click on land to see owner which I do and it is me. Can anyone explain why it keeps doing this.  It does it on group land too and I won the group.

You're probably trying to rez over your boundaries    Perhaps the build is large and the main portion is trying to rez over on your neighbors land?

To place objects on land with group restrictinons the group has to be "active" (selected with the tag over your head).
