SCRIPT NEEDED ASAP

I need a script that when places in a prim, will allow predefined users to:

1)  Select a texture for the prim that is inside of  the object.  The prim will have up to 12 textures inside of it.

2)  Change the first line of the hoverscript abive the object.  The object will have three lines of hiver text.

If possible, the people allowed to use the menu should be kept in a seperate prim (on the same land), so I only have to change the access list in one location, and it will effect all the prims the main script is located.

The script should be menu driven.   Thanks.
