Honeydew, but they are expensive - about $5000L, I believe.

TATU, but I think they are also expensive - don't know the exact price.

I use Mommy Inc. $3000L, copiable (so if you're having twin boys, for example, you only have to buy one baby; or if you have more children in the future, you can use the same baby, just make sure to make copies before changing or rezzing the original). Best value I've found, and I think they look pretty cute. They can't do everything some of the other babies can, but they can do a lot of it.

I do not want to pay out for a baby that keeps using up my lindens..I want one that looks like a real baby yet...Isn't draining me of my lindens to keep it going...I have a real life too and it must take Presidence over secondlife..
