How do I show chat notifications for avatars entering and leaving a sim I am on?

How do I show caht notifications for avatars enterign and exiting a sim that I am on? I recently had to switch computers and on my old one, this information showed in the chat window.  On this computer, it does not.  I have had to change many of my settings on this computer.  I am hoping it is just a box somewhere either checked or not checked.  I am running Phoenix Viewer 1.5.2.1185. As I recall, it's in the settings for your Radar.

Pull your Avatar List onto your screen (from the Phoenix menu at the top of the screen)

Click on "options" there at the bottom, and you'll see the boxes that need checking to show you when an avatar enters/leaves the sim etc.
