Did you leave out the proviso that those hired would be required to export their content to your OpenSim grid deliberately? Because the implication there is that anyone hired by you would need to be willing to relinquish control over their creations, since you would have access to their assets.

You would be wise to inform people of this in your request, as many creators are (quite rightly) wary of uploading their creations to private grids.

ETA: Not to mention, community guidelines may also play a part in choosing where/if your request should be posted.

    When I hear the words, "Top Secret", I can't help but thing shady and possibly illegal. I wouldn't be surprised if he is working on an ageplay nazi casino.

I met Almo a couple years ago in the forums. He posted an ad asking for 3K prims for his "charity" organization. Having just pruchased my first Sim, I said what the heck and let him build on my empty sim.  He started building what looked like a lavish club area, and some apartments. I asked him what sort of organization he was working for(or owned). He was very vague and evasive. I grew suspicious, and asked him to leave. He responded by hurling insults and profanities at me, and saying that 5 other landowners offered to use their land, which makes me wonder why he chose mine.
