I have bought about 5 things . And i only got one of them in the inworld . I said that the objects were coming in too fast . What do i don to find them ?

Hi Kluuianna.  Look in your transaction to see if they came.  If they did and you can't find the items, contact the merchant to see if he or she can replace!  Hope this helps!

Peace!

Hello Kluuianna and welcome to SL Forums. The message "Second Life: Items coming in too fast, automatic preview disabled for 10 seconds" which you see when you unpack stuff (don't worry about this message) has nothing to do with your orders. When you unpack boxes you find all the contests easily opening the second tab of your inventory called "Recent" except of you relog. If so you find them into your main inventory. About the things now you haven't got yet. Normally you have to wait up to 24 hours. That's what officially LL reports. If this time expires and you are sure that you didin't get your purchases and you haven't them in your inventory you have 2 options: a)Try to contact the merchant. Open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> If you see that your last purchases delivered means that the merchant got payed --> Take a copy of your last purchases (there you see the name of the merchant)--> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant(s) describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery. b)If you bought your items from Marketplace and if you have no a reply by the merchant,  submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, include the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply.

Follow Hippie's good advice. Contact the merchants (see their profiles to check if they prefer IMs or notecards). Copy/paste your transaction numbers and details from your marketplace account > order history. Say there was a delivery failure and ask politely for new copies. You may have to be a little patient for all vendors are not online everyday. And, one precious tip: when buying on the marketplace, avoid to fill your cart. Purchase items one by one is the safest way to avoid delivery issues. :smileywink:
