I'm not aware of any possibility to export data from SL to Excel, Word or any office software. The only thing you can download as an XLS file is your transaction history for the last 30 days on your dashboard.

In other words, if you want to manage your group data in Excel, you will have to create a file outside SL and enter manually any entries, resignations, etc.

If your group still has very few members, you can take a screenshot of the group details as a reminder, but in any case, you won't be able to export this information to any spreadsheet software.

You can't.  And there's no way to write a LSL script to do it either.  The best approach is to create your own parallel list by asking group members to join by permission only, and then adding them to the group yourself.
