Homes and Skyboxes are supplied UNfurnished, however some furnishings can be provided if needed.


Land Rentals -
*Houses on land rentals are included in land prims. For example, a parcel with 1000 prims that currently has a house worth 120 prims, would leave you with 880 prims. Houses can be removed so you can rez your own home if you prefer.

 

SKYBOXES -
*Skybox prims are over and above any prims taken up by the skybox itself. For example, if you rent a 200 prims skybox, regardless of the prim count of the structure, you will still have 200 prims to use.  All currently available skyboxes are just L$350 per week and come with 200 prims!

 

COMMERCIAL -

Darkfury Estates has a small number of mall stores also available to rent. Your store will benefit from an advertising program including in-world ads in high traffic areas, professional online and in-world advertising and traffic booster programs and various other online and in-world promotions. Stores currently available to rent come with 100 prims for just L$300 per week!

I've just noticed a typo in the information contained in my original post. The partly furnished home advertised was listed at L$220 per week. Unfortunately this IS a typo and the actualy rental for this parcel is L$2200 per week. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone.
