Hello Klaatu and welcome to SL Forums. Did you try to install the viewer and it failed? What was happened exactly? Did you get an error message or during the installation or when you try to run the viewer? If it is your first time you are trying to run the application check out at first if your system can handle SL here: http://secondlife.com/support/system-requirements/ We need more details to be able to help. You can edit your post (Options --> Edit). Please do not create a new thread.
