Inviting to group

Ive made a separate group for rental property buy when I invite people they don't get the invite? Any ideas?

Be sure that you are sending invitations to Usernames, not Display Names.  Also, send invitation to people who are in world.  If they are not in world and their messages are capped, your invitations will be lost.

Hello funkilicous. Right click on the person you want to invite --> Invite to group --> you see a list with groups --> choose the group you want --> OK --> select the resident --> choose what role to assign him to --> send invitation. Normally they should get the invitation. If not, maybe you or they experiment lag, so move in a quiet region and try again. Try to relog also. Usually it helps.

I know that I personally never get group invites unless I'm in world, even though I almost never miss an offline IM.  Try doing it while you're both in SL and see if you have better luck.
