They should be delivered to you automatically if you are in world.  Then all you need to do at each prompt in IMs from Marketplace is click the Accept button.  That will send them to your inventory.  However ....

It can sometimes take anywhere from a few minutes to a day or more for your items to be delivered, especially if the merchant's Magic Box is temporarily out of service or the sim it's on is offline. Not that it helps now, but to remember for the future:

(1) Don't overuse the shopping cart. It is easily confused if you put more than a couple of things in it.  Until LL changes the delivery system by replacing the current Magic Box system, there is a strong probability that you can overwhelm the ability of a Magic Box by asking it to deliver several things at once. It is much wiser to place multiple small orders than to place a single large one, and it is ever smarter to use Marketplace as a catalog system and then visit merchants' shops in world to make your actual purchases.

(2) Don't buy things from Marketplace (especially LOTS of things) unless you are in world to receive them at the time. We each have an "in box" that holds IMs, notecards, group notices, group invitations, and anything that is delivered to us if we aren't in world at the time. That "in box" can only hold 25 things, total. If anything else comes in, it isn't saved. It is gone ... poof .... forever. If you have a mess of things delivered from Marketplace and half your friends send you notecards, that in box will be capped and you will never know what happened.

Failure to follow these guidelines can lead to non-delivery or loss of items or, at the least, a lot of frustrating time spent communicating with merchants or with LL to locate them.

Hello sammy and welcome to SL Forums. How is possible that you don't know to accept stuff you buy or bought but you have already a lot of things (i assume you have purchased)? This is some contradictory. Maybe your question is how you can use (open, unpack, wear) your purchases? If so, the stuff you purchase, arrives in your inventory as a box with contests and saved in the folder called "Objects" in your main inventory. You can't attach or wear the box immidiately. You must to open (unpack it). So you go at a region where you have the right to rezz. Public Sandboxes are recommended about. You can find several of them here. So choose a Sandbox --> View this destination --> View on map --> Visit this location --> You see a pop-up window --> Allow --> you see the place profile in your monitor in world on the right --> Teleport. When you arrive at the sandbox you drag the box on the ground --> right click on it --> Open --> Copy to inventory. A folder is created in your inventory (easier to find it looking at the 2nd tab of your inventory called "Recent"). Now you are ready to use (wear or add the stuff, clothes etc with right click on them in your inventory --> Wear or Add. You repeat the same process to open (unpack) all the boxes.
