You submit a ticket with LL - Help - Contact Support - submit a support case form. Marketplace - failed marketplace delivery. Include the transaction numbers and such, and explain analytically what happened. You can find your order history by going to the marketplace, my marketplace, my account, order history.
Alternatively, contact the merchants individually and explain the issue; most merchants understand and will redeliver.
