Try wearing another skin then put your regular skin back. If it doesn't fix it, you may need to rebake your avatar. (Ctrl+alt+R). See also this fix in the link below (it's from Phoenix but works for all viewers).

Hello Dreamer. Did you check if you wear something which affects your appearance? Right click on your avatar --> Appearance ---> Wearing and start to detach one by one what you wear to see if something is the cause for your problem. If you can't find it, do an avatar test. In Viewer 3 is under Menu Develop (Ctrl+Alt+Q) --> Avatar --> Character Tests --> Test Male / Female. Normally this will fix the problem. If the problem remains, clear your cache under your preferences --> Advanced tab and relog. See if something makes any difference.

It is likely that your avatar is wearing an emoter. There are HUD's for changing facial expression. The script commands that change avatar expression in a HUD can be used in any object  your avatar wears. Well, not regular clothes like a shirt or pants. But, hair and other attachments can contain a script.

The fix is finding the object with the emoter script.

If you use an emote HUD you may have left kiss or a similar emote turned on. I'm pretty sure taking off the HUD releases the facial expression. It may be possible a HUD can leave an expression frozen on your face. If that is possible one would need to put the HUD on and turn off the specific emote. My favorite emoter HUD only maintains an expression while attached.

Changing your skin and regular system clothes will not remove the emote. Switching to a Test Avatar is rather drastic and more of a last resort. It is easier to simply detach every object you are wearing. To do that open Appearance and select Wearing. Detach all the items that have an orange cube icon.
