Hello Babyblue. Alternatively (in V3):

1. Show the list with your friends
2. Click Show additional options down and left
3. Show Blocked Residents & Objects
4. Choose the resident
5. Unblock

I have a problem adding my friend to my buddy list its greyed out she is having the same problem. we do not have each other blocked how can we fix this problem
