As far as I can tell, yes.  Bulido is on the archived list of exchanges that have passed LL's Risk API >>> http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Archive/Third_Party_Linden_Dollar_Exchanges  .  That list does not include some newer exchanges, but I assume that the ones that were once approved before the list was archived still are. Of course, your safest alternative is always LL's own Lindex, where you will probably also get the best exchange rates.

Hello Shadow and welcome to SL Forums. If an alternative exchange is included in the official SL wiki pages, yes you can trust it. Of course before your purchase by there read, the big pink context "Note: The Third-Party Exchanges.... etc" Why you don't buy lindens using LindenX?
