how do i remove billing info

Hello wolfwilder. You can do that by visiting the Billing Information page on your account on the Second Life website. If you have problems you can contact  Billing Support. Other options:

When I make changes at my Dashboard, I log out and wait 10 or 15 minutes, then I log back in and confirm that the changes have been applied.

If the problem continued I would try a different browser,... pc cookie clean-up / reboot and try again.

If none of the above works, call Billing or file a Ticket with Support as suggested by LoveAngeL.
