it depends if her breasts are small and her look a woman can be a slender girl and still be a adult instead of a child theirs a diffenerce and when asked if her avatar is a child she would be in trouble the sim owner however would not i belive unless that sim owner has no rule about children on his or her sim then he would be in trouble becouse he didnt say that childs can or not be allowed to be there.

I guess the answer to your question is, "yes, someone probably could thus consider it, and if that person happens to own the venue or to manage it, or even starts getting complaints from other visitors who consider it that way, they're perfectly within their rights to ask the avatar to leave."

Welcome to Second Life Answers, Denais.

If someone were to submit an abuse report to LL in the circumstances you describe above, and LL look into the matter and find that there is no sexual ageplay occurring, then no harm, no foul. The sim owner will not be in trouble, nor the avatars who have been reported.

There are many avatars in Second Life - as there are many real people on many p0rn sites - who look younger than the age of consent, but are well over 18 years old. Although we are all cartoons in Second Life, LL are able to see much more than an image on a screen, having access to profile content, even the groups people choose to hide on their profiles, and chatlogs, and inventory contents. Therefore, if an abuse report is submitted, LL can look at the whole picture, rather than just what a person may perceive to be sexual ageplay.
