Unable to Edit Picks and Place Classifieds

I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question.  But in my V2 I am not able to Edit my Picks page, or place a Classified.  Not sure if the two problems are related or not.

The green links to these two functions are visible in the appropriate places, and a pointing finger appears when I hover or click.  But once I click, absolutely nothing happens after that.  I have been going back to my V1 to do these functions, but that is starting to be a pain since coming back to V2, my settings are not saved and I have to restart my experience each time.

Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution?

My first guess is that you are in the newest version of the viewer? If there is not a pick button on your screen, press Ctrl T. You should get a window with the available buttons there. Grab the picks button and drag it to one of the screens 3 blue edges. Once you have that, clicking on the picks button should get you to familiar territory ( + sign at bottom left )

Okay, thank you very much, Charlotte, that solved my ability to edit my Picks.  Anybody have any tips on how to place a Classifed?

You're welcome.

When you click the + at the bottom left of the picks tab, you should see two options, New Pick and New Classified.

Are you not getting those two options?
