Delivering Items...Why oh Why Does It Take So Long????

Around 70% of the time when either purchasing or someone purchased an item of mine, it takes at least 45 minutes for it to get delivered, or the status in my Orders is "Being Delivered". Why does this process take so long? It makes customers angry as they think you are listing something that is not available. And please do not tell me it is the Magic Box or the Sim. My Sim is Cat 5 and I own it, and my boxes are the latest version. Why does this process of delivering items take so long?

There is a very predictable systematic cause due to what looks to clearly be a back end system at LL doing something during the hours of around 5:30am until 12:30pm, in other words, all of the morning for Europe.

LL have thus far made no comment at all on something that clearly affects many in a very negative way.

If it were me, i'd say "We've taken notice of an issue that is affecting many and one that warrants investigation from our side.  We will look into this on behalf of our valued customers and report in a weeks time whether we have new information or not even if only to remind you that we haven't forgotten and aren't ignoring this key problem".

But I don't work for LL.
