i cant create an account with my credit card, it's a Visacard, i have this problems only for second life, can u help me? Also, that's not my first avi, for the other i create an account and that was okay, but with my new visacard(i change them since 3 months) i can create an account, or i can pay wherever i want, but not on SL ...

Hello Soul. Here is a resident to resident forum. You need to speak directly with someone from LL. The best you can do is to contact Billing Support. Other options could be:

If it's one of those cards you add money to, then LL most likely won't accept it.  They want a real credit card, tied to a billing address.

I recommend using a verified PayPal account anyway, it's safer, more reliable, and you can cash out money you make in SL.
