If you did pressed "keep", it has to be in your inventory. Do a search by name and use the filters to search also by date. The bed must have come boxed. You have to find the box and open it on a land where you can rez objects (a sandbox will do if you don't have a land of your own).

See here about inventory loss and about opening boxes.

As a last resort, if the bed is really NOT showing, you can file a support ticket giving all the details (name of the bed, transaction number and date - in your marketplace order history if you bought it there, or in your transaction history on your dashboard if you purchased inword - name of the shop/seller). Explain precisely what happened. LL should fix it so the bed is redelivered to you.

Hello DatKidQuil and welcome to SL Forums. If you have already contacted the merchant and he/she suggested you to contact LL, you have to submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ Marketplace --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, include the order number and the name of the item that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply.
