You probably have a Linden plant among the items in your coalesced object, and you are trying to rez it on land where you are not allowed to rez that item.   So, find a sandbox where it is allowed.   Torley's sim is always a good one to try >>> http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Here/7/7/69 .  When you want to rez the coalesced object, be sure to open Edit FIRST (CTRL + 3), and THEN rez the object.  That way, the entire thing will be selected and you will be able to move it as a unit, just incase parts rez underground or inside other things.

Hello PeaceMale. Not sure why you get this message. Maybe your parcel is full (you haven't allowed prims to rezz them). Maybe you try to rezz your items across the boundary of a parcel where building isn't allowed. The best you can do is to go to a Premium Sandbox to rezz them. You can find several here: http://secondlife.com/destinations/premium/sandboxes
