Double inventory loss

Hey there!

As many people happens everyday, i lost two non-copy items once i rezzed them on ground.

As the http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Inventory_Recovery_Steps points, i did the following:

- Checked my lost+found and thrash

- Cleaned inventory, relog.

- Checked lost+found and thrash again

- Back to clean inventory and relog, just in case

- Checked again and used advanced search.

- To clear any doubt, i tried with another (clean installed) viewer.

I was using two avs by the moment of loss (and they was close eachother), so i cleaned cache again and looked at the other avatar inv just in case i transferred it by accident (and used advanced search, filters and search by time, of course)

That happened 3 hours ago, and nothing shows they will appear again inworld or in my inv.

By the time (dec 5 2011 2:49 pm PST) there's none posted and open issue at status grid page; although there was one related with inventory loss by yesterday and was resolved the same day.

Everything points i need to send a ticket.

So, when i want to create a ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/  the system asks for different issues categories and i just don't know what to choose.

Which exact categories (and sub-categories) should i pick and which data should i send to see if Linden Labs can retrieve two valueble horse from the grid limbo?

Thanks in advance for your help and i hope anyone can answer asap. Those horses are not mine, which is the worse part of my issue, LOL!
