My password works on the website and official viewer, but not Phoenix or Snowglobe. Help?

My password works only the 2nd time I enter it on the site (it always says it is wrong the 1st time, even though it works the 2nd).  It was working earlier with the official viewer.  It doesn't seem to work on Snowglobe or Phoenix, however, and now has also stopped working on the official viewer.  What's wrong with it?  (it is less than the character limit for Phoenix)

 

 

Edit: I tried changing my password again to something else.  It seems to be okay now.  Thanks :).

That's odd... Have you tried changing for a new password from your dashboard? If you cannot solve it this way, as a premium member you can start a live chat and see if LL can fix that issue for you.
