Fairly certain the answer to that is no. Taking pictures is on their end, not yours, so you don't have control over it, as far as I'm aware.

Hello. Yes, if you stop to upload in SL and generally in internet your real pics (if you mean real pics).  No other way. Generally everything you upload or share in internet is no safe.

There is no way to stop someone from taking your picture in SL without your permission, regardless of any idealistic rules and regulations LL or individual sim/venue owners may have. 

As some viewers have the facility built in to notify others when a snapshot is being taken, people have resorted to taking a screenshot, which is beyond the control of the SL viewer software.

Yes there is buy yourself a sim and make it completely private and go no where else
