hello all:

when someone try to buy something at my store, they get this message:

 

There has been a problem transferring L$. This error has been logged and reported.
[13:32] An internal error prevented us from properly updating your viewer. The L$ balance or parcel holdings displayed in your viewer may not reflect your actual balance on the servers.

 

and their linden balance get to -1, of course the customer dont recieve the object and relogging they have their lindens balance right.

please, i cant sell nothing since 3 days and i dont know what to do,

If this is happening to everyone that visits your shop, then I would suggest that you get the sim where your shop is located rebooted as a first step.  If its an estate, contact the sim owner or manager.  If it is Linden mainland, contact Live Chat to request a reboot.
