I went to support, filed a help request, received an answer and had my case closed. The answer was to make sure my name and password are correct. This is the copy and paste of the error:

Thanks, LoveAngelLyre, I was able to see my profile with firefox, until I logged in, then I got the error again. Also, I still can't see it when I click my avatar. Thanks for the help, though.

Thank you, Valerie. I made a new support case and the reply was to clear my cache and restart the viewer. I also made a seperate account and am not having any issues with that account viewing its profile.

Clicking on my avatar and choosing view profile gives me an error message. So does going to my profile:
