The tier has to be paid until the Land is sold if it Mainland.

The billing system won't allow you to lower your tier at your Dashboard if you hold the land.

You can look to see if some Land Dealers are online by sending them a message, include plots size, Region coordinates and asking price. + a sales deadline

For a something is better than nothing approach (vs. abandoning the land) you can set a very low price per meter and a Land Bot will show up and buy the land. You keep lowering the price until a bot appears.

Hello. I am not sure that i understand your question. Are you the owner of a land? If so, open the "About Land" window (in Viewer 3 is Menu World --> Place Profile --> About Land) and in the first tab called "General" click "Sell Land" --> Choose the price, to who you want to sell and if you want to sell objects there with the land --> Set Land for Sale. That's it. The next owner of the parcel will pay the tier to the Estate Owner.
