How do you make a notecard & send to people?

I  understand that some people here who offer services or shops have a notecard that they send to people when interested. How can I do this? Also how do i set my profile to adult? And is there any way to avoid people under 18?

Hello KatieEvers. About the notecard: Open your inventory and click the small cross down there --> New Notecard. When you finish, right click on the notecard in your inventory --> Properties and set the permissions for the next owner. You can't set your profile to adult or moderate. This is automatically determined by the keywords used in this and it is visible only with viewers which use V2 or V3 search. If you edit your profile trying to change the maturity level, i think it is not renewed immidiately, it takes time.

EDIT: Forgot to say. To send the notecard, right click on an avatar or resident (in your friends or nearby list) --> IM --> drag the notecard into the chat window.
