Someone Help Me Figure This Out?

I thought by my previous calculations that if I sold this parcel, 6592 meters, which sold today, that I could tier down.

I've been paying for a region and a half and I wish to begin paying for one region a month in tier. That $100 will go a long way right now. Anyway...

I logged in to reduce my tier contribution to that particular group and it doesn't look as if I can reduce it by the number of meters the parcel was.  Did I figure things right or am I forgetting something (like maybe the 10% tier bonus)?

Here are the numbers I've copied down and will someone please help me figure this out? Thanks in advance.

Mermaid Beach = 1/2 region total (it's divided into 3 parcels but, trust me, it is.)

Home parcel - 2016 meters

Hippoden parcels - 720 and 1376 meters

Dallows parcels - 2592 (not deeded to group yet)

and group parcels in Dallows - 

In the same group as the sale parcel - 29,271 total (including the parcel that just sold or not? I'm not sure - the sale money did not show up yet, either.)

In other groups in Dallows - 2766 meters

And group land elsewhere, my contribution is 1300 meters. 

 

The only thing in the group that's the same as the parcel which sold is the 29,271.

In my donated tier for that group, it says:

total contribution  32198  M

land in use  25088  M

land available   7110   M

your contribution  29271   M

No one else has donated tier in that land group except for me.

 

I need to reduce tier in the next day or so in order to avoid another month's bill. Thank you!

PS the numbers in that OP are for ALL my land, just so you get an idea of the total, since I want to end up with one region or less, total, at the end of it. Thanks.

And my basic question is, can I reduce tier in the largest Dallows group, by enough to bring my total tier (for all land) to one region or below, without having prims shoot back to me? When I deduct my contribution from total land it's not 6592 and I don't know why not.
