Why can I not enter the mainland region upon which I own a parcel?

I'm guessing the sim is offline. It has been that way for at least 13 hours now. The region is 'Heatherwood'. I can see it from adjacent regions. Looks normal on the map. But I cannot tp to it, walk onto it, fly into it. Nothing.

Aren't dead sims supposed to auto reboot? How do I get LL on the case?

If you own mainland then you are a premium account and can access Live Chat.  That would seem your fastest route to support I would think.

ETA: Just landed in the sim next door and tried to walk across to Heatherwood.  Definately DBDW (Dead Broke Don't Work)

Hello Krell and welcome to SL Forums. I just tried to TP there now but i couldn't eighter. Seems that noone else there now. Assuming that you are Premium Member you can use the Live Chat asking for support. You find the option on the right. Alternatively submit a ticket and report the problem.

You submit a ticket. Help>support>contact support>submit a support case form.

Is anyone else having the same problem? Can anyone get there right now? LL support will probably want to know, so you should check and include that info when you file a support ticket for the issue.

ETA: Forgot about live chat. Also a good thing to try, and probably the faster option.

I also have been trying to get to Heatherwood since 12pm slt yesterday. I rent so I had the land owner file a ticket with ll. They are supposedly working on it. But still nothing. Thirty hours of a dead sim, and loss of business not a good thing for me. I keep trying to log in and then continue to try to tp there when I am online. Grrrr....I can see it, I try to get to it from all other areas around it and it laggs me off then back to where I started from.
