Cannot agree to terms and service

When ever i long in the terms and service window comes up but everything is greyed out and I cant accept anything.

Try some different viewers and see if you can get it done. Try radegast first.

Hello Amy and welcome to SL Forums. It is a known bug. However you can resolve it if you download another viewer and accept the TOS there. After it exists for all viewers. The old Viewer 1.23 is recommended about and you can find it here: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Alternate_Viewers

I have been using Singularity 64-bit for some months now .. without issue ... works fantastically ... get on average 40-50fps ... I am a paid up member .. but for some reason NOW whenever i try to log on i get this frozen screen asking me to AGREE to the terms.!!!!! .... and even if that sounds odd, it then does not ALLOW me to agree due to greyed out options and forces me to cancel out .. hence CANNOT LOG IN!!!!

I have noticed if i click on the AGREEMENT screen enough times it goes away with another screen behind it saying there is a issue with media_plugin_webkit!!

What gives???? Nothing has changed here...

I  have read the options to fix it here ... but i run a 64-bit OpenSUSE pc ... i know of no other 64-bit viewer to try??!!

.... and besides ... all has been working fine .. now i have just spent a half a day wasted trying to figure out what might be wrong!!!
