kiramanell
So, I try to join Premium account. When I try to add my credit card (mastercard), fill in the details, it says payment failed. So I call my credit card company, and it turns out they didn't even receive a request. So, can someone please fix this?!P.S. The error I am getting is as follows:"Sorry, your payment failed. Please check your payment details and try again"
Audra Siemens
You probably want to put in a ticket with LL to find out more, but if your CC company didn't get a request, its entirely possible that you interposed a few of the numbers on your CC. You may just need to give it another try for it to work properly. Good luck!

Kylie Jaxxon
I've heard that this works, but don't know personally...worth a try: When entering your info, make the three digit security code on the back of your card that they ask for, a four digit code by adding a zero in front and try submitting again Let us know if it works. Willow Danube
It might also be possible that LL does not accept your credit card from your country. I had to change mine to PayPal to be billed.

Madelaine Delec
Adding a leading zero at the 3 digit security code worked like a charm for me and I am using MasterCard also. Madelaine

kiramanell
Thanks, guys. I called LL support in the UK. Turns out I had to put a '0' in front of my security code (it's only 3 digits on mastercard). Solved! @ Madelaine: Ninja'ed.

Qwalyphi Korpov
I suppose it would be a security breach for the websites requesting the codes to add the leading zero or prompt for the number of digits they require.
