Why has my sim gone down 3 times in a week and all I get told is they're working on it?

There is not a single person here who can answer your question....unless, of course, some Linden with direct knowledge of the issue you are experiencing happens along (and the is very unlikely to happen).  You have to take LL's word for it that "they are working on it".  LL is very much aware of the fact you are paying for a sim.  They aren't putting your sim off line (or allowing it to go off line) on purpose........if you've made them aware of the problem and they've told you that they are working on it, then let them work on it and fix it.  It' frustrating when stuff happens that shouldn't happen........but that's life (if happens all the time).  Remember, the entire virtual world called Second Life is generated on computer chips, housed remotely and controlled by software that is still in development.  It ain't easy.  There sometimes are no answers available at the time of the question..........and it won't change in the future.  Let Linden Lab fix it for you..........follow up with questions but badgering won't speed it up (and, usually slows things down).
